The engine and interior have been very well taken care of. The oil has been changed every 3,000 to 3,500 miles with valvoline high mileage oil, and runs very well. The timing belt and water pump were done when we purchased the vehicle at 142,000 miles. A brand-new a/c unit was replaced at 182,000 miles. The tires currently have only 12,000 miles on them. Current mileage is 209,547. We replaced the stock wheels with premium alloy 17” drag wheels and arizonian 65,000 mile tires. This odyssey also has an automatic passenger sliding door. The driver-side sliding door needs a new latch, which costs $600. Vcm increases fuel efficiency by "shutting off" three of the engine's six cylinders during cruising and deceleration, and when it's performance time, the engine switches back to using all six cylinders. The vcm system, is noted to increase fuel economy by as much as 12 percent over the regular vtec v6, is virtually undetectable with the electronic rear engine mount functioning properly. The electronic rear engine mount was replaced at 182,000 miles. The electronic rear engine mount is what balances out the engine’s eco drive, and prevents vibration from entering the cabin. Typically, the odyssey’s electronic engine mount goes out around 150,000 miles (which is why it was needed) and it is very expensive to fix. Seven passenger seating with stowable second-row. In-floor storage area with rotating lazy susan. Two second-row full-size captain chairs. Additionally, the captain’s chairs can be pushed together to form a two-passenger bench. I've changed the timing belt, tires, oil regularly and everything runs great. These honda engines will last forever. There is a little rust and blemishes in the white paint job. Call or text with any questions.
